A Ready Minded Youth Advanced Program

Developing the Whole Person — Skill, Mindset, and Character

The A Ready Minded Youth Foundation and the A Ready Minded Youth Group Program operate concurrently as two structured, progressive program models. Together, they form the Advanced A Ready Minded Youth Program, providing participants with extended support that combines vocational training, workforce readiness, and social-emotional development.

The program serves three distinct age groups:

  • Youth ages 13–17

  • Young adults ages 18–22

  • Young adults ages 23–26

A Ready Minded Youth Group Program
8-week foundational support phase
Focused on social-emotional growth, behavioral awareness, accountability, and decision-making skills through structured, scenario-based group sessions.

A Ready Minded Youth Foundation Program
10-week vocational and workforce development phase
Focused on hands-on trade instruction, professional mindset training, and employment readiness.

When combined, these two phases create a comprehensive 4.5-month Advanced Program, designed to support participants from behavioral and mindset development through skill acquisition and workforce preparation.

This progressive structure allows participants to:

Build self-discipline and emotional awareness first.

Develop consistency, accountability, and communication skills.

Transition into hands-on vocational training and workforce readiness.

Exit the program better prepared for employment, continued education, or independent skill development.

Participants may enroll in individual program phases or complete the full Advanced Program, depending on their needs and goals.
